ECU Women in Business is a student-run university society.
Founded in August 2017, ECU Women in business runs under ECU’s School of Business and Law. We aim to provide a supportive network at ECU for all students and create as well as promote opportunities for students in professional industries via professional events and mentoring program. We strive to eliminate gender inequality and discrimination in workplaces and plan to expand our focus to other diversity groups in the future.
ECU Women in Business welcomes students from across different courses, undergraduates and postgraduates, domestic and international students of all ages and genders.

Our goal is to provide a variety of tools to ECU students, from ourselves and from relevant industry bodies, which may enable individuals to maintain professionalism in workplace situations.
